Start of operational activity and first international partnerships

The company began operations in 2020, establishing direct partnerships with suppliers from the USA and Hong Kong. In the same year, the first export deliveries outside the UAE were made, including to Kazakhstan. The signed international agreements became a solid foundation for further expansion of the supply geography and the formation of a sustainable logistics network.

Expansion of the product portfolio and formation of the structure

In 2021, the following business areas were launched:
• Trade in mobile devices and communication components;
• Supply of auto parts and components;
• Air cargo transportation;
• Logistics brokerage (Freight Brokerage).
In addition, the first internal customer support and order processing system was formed.

Expansion of services and infrastructure

In 2022, the company made a strategic focus on the development of its own logistics base and the implementation of integrated digital solutions. A warehouse was organized at Al Maktoum International Airport, which provided quick access to international cargo lines.
Areas of activity expanded:
• Sea and air logistics (Sea & Air Cargo Services);
• Air cargo agent services (Air Cargo Agent);
• Customs support (Customs Broker);

Strengthening logistics capacity and base

• Development of Air Cargo Services and Sea Cargo Services — air and sea freight services;
• Intensification of the role of Freight Broker and Air Cargo Agent — organization and mediation in international deliveries;
• Expansion of Warehousing & Storage Management & Operation — development of storage infrastructure;
• 3PL services — comprehensive management of the logistics cycle: batch consolidation, repackaging, inspection, cargo preparation, and IT system integration.

• Implementation of software solutions (WMS, accounting, document management);
• Connection of new warehouses Al Qusais;

Technological integration and licensing

In 2024, the company continued to strengthen its partner base. Key events:
